- 21 lb. British 2-Row Malt
- 2 lb Crystal 60L Malt
- ½ lb Crystal 120L Malt
- 3 oz. Aromatic Malt
- ¾ lb Light DME
Mash Schedule
- Treated all water with 1tsp/gal Gypsum
- Single infustion mash at 155°F for 60 minutes
- Sparged for 60 minutes
- Collected 6.5 gal
Hop Bill
- 5 oz. Willamette 4.6%AA - 90 minutes
- 1 oz. East Kent Goldings 5.9%AA - 30 minutes
