- ¼ lb. Black Patent Malt
- 1/3 lb. Crystal 20L
- 1/3 lb. Crystal 60L
- ¼ lb. Torrified Wheat
- ½ oz. Smoked Malt
Hop Bill
- 1 oz. Willamette whole leaf 60 minutes
- ½ oz. Fuggle whole leaf 15 minutes

Detailed Procedure
- Treated all water with ½ tsp. gypsum per 5 gallons
