- 3.9 oz. East Kent Goldings 4.1%A whole leaf 90 minutes
- 1 oz. East Kent Goldings 4.1% AA whole leaf 60 minutes
- 1.3 oz. East Kent Goldings 4.1% AA whole leaf 30 minutes
- 1 oz. Fuggle 4.6% AA whole leaf 5 minutes
