Detailed Procedure
- Brought 1½ gallons water to 180°F
- Added honey and spices and maintained for 25 minutes
- Chilled in cold water bath
- Added to 1 gallon and ½ gallon glass fermenters
Notes
- Tasted like gasoline when transfering from the primary to secondary
