Grain Bill
- 8¼ lb. Maris Otter Malt
- 1¼ American 2-Row Malt
- ¾ lb Crystal 40L Malt
- ¼ lb Torrified Wheat
Mash Schedule
- Treated all water with 1tsp/gal Gypsum
- Single infustion mash at 150°F for 60 minutes
- Sparged for 40 minutes
- Collected 6.5 gal
Hop Bill
- ¾ oz. Northern Brewer 7.0%AA - 90 minutes
- ½ oz. Fuggle 4.2%AA - 30 minutes
- ½ oz. Cascade - 1 minute
Yeast
- White Labs English Ale (002) & Dry English Ale (007) started together to make 2 pints
